Below is the link to the player evaluation survey form that I’d like to use this year to evaluate our kids. The survey should take about 5-10 min per kid. I’d like all coaches to fill out an evaluation for your team, (so assistant coaches please fill out the player evaluations too). Specialty coaches, can do evaluations on anyone they have coached in the training sessions with anything applicable they think might benefit that player’s next coach.
